More and more Danish companies that are covered by a collective agreement choose to have their work tasks performed via Baltic Workforce construction solution, and thus indirectly save on wage costs, since we can perform these at competitive prices, as we are not covered by a collective agreement, and therefore not must pay salaries, cf. the agreement, overtime pay, etc.
